We believe News and Information is a public trust; that Citizen Journalist is the steward of that trust; and entitled to report from his and her culture to the common welfare. For nearly a quarter of a century, Charlatan Magazine has asked: What are the utmost concerns in our world this week—and why? A republic relies upon fact-based, nonpartisan news impervious to opinion, propaganda, economic pressures, special interest groups and the cash nexus to place the People in the corridors of power. Charlatan Magazine is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit (prohibited from partisan political activity), and donations are tax-deductible for the donor. Your support marshals both opinion and bias to make this perspective in our world possible.
